I could not have sold my Abbey Terrace property without John's help. His expertise in this locale was terrific! He helped me navigate the complex process of pricing and preparing the property for the highest price. I greatly appreciated his knowledge of all of the Upper Darby Township regulations. All of the paperwork was handled smoothly since I was currently living in Ft, Myers Florida and could not travel back home to get ready to sell. Berkshire Hathaway here is Ft Myers handled all of John requests locally at no additional cost to me. I highly recommend John for all selling and buying! He earns my highest possible recommendation.

John was extremely helpful with the process of selling my parents house. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in the entire process. He is not only a top notch skilled real estate agent but also a great person. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell and or buy a home.

John was very professional. He explained all throughout the process how pictures should be taken to be posted online to make the house look appealing. He also told us about repairs that were not needed. He gave us very good guidance on the use of a local mortgage company as opposed to one on the west coast, as the local entitly would be much more accessible. He put our house online Tuesday morning, and the house sold on Saturday. I think he did an excellent job guiding us through the process.

This was the second house that John sold for us and both times we had a great experience. His knowledge and expertise are invaluable. I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell our house!
