From start to finish Brad Schreffler was always there to help. We had a great experience. Everything with Bradford exceeded our expectations. Bradford was super helpful and knowledgable. He was very attentitive and always available. He worked around our schedules and always got us in to see the houses we wanted to see. We would reccomend him to everyone. Bradford went above and beyond everytime. He was always helpful. We never felt rushed or presured by him at any property.

We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Vaishali. We were the first time home buyer with a very limited knowledge about the whole buying process. We were a little nervous about all the expenses but at the same time, we were very picky when we started looking for our first home. We spoke to a variety of different realtors until we were recommended Vaishali by a friend who bought a house with her. We were looking for someone who we will feel comfortable to work with and after talking to Vaishali we felt that she is the one for us. She was highly responsive and professional. She was always available and always promptly responded to email/calls. We never felt that she was trying to sell a house but she was helping us as a friend to get the best house for us according to our requirements. She gave us her thoughts and insights on the property we liked and helped us to make a reasonable offer. Vaishali is professional, knowledgeable, a good negotiator. She walked us through every step of the negotiations. She was super proactive and handled every detail with total engagement, care, and professional expertise. We came in from out of state and did not know anything about the area. We have also previously owned 6 other homes and had a long wish list. On top of this, there was little inventory so our search area was at least a 30 mile radius from where I was to work. Debra was very knowledgeable about the area, and always there when we needed her. She is also very knowledgeable about construction and provides good, unbiased, advise. On top of this, she is delightful, and a pleasure to work with.
