We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Vaishali. We were the first time home buyer with a very limited knowledge about the whole buying process. We were a little nervous about all the expenses but at the same time, we were very picky when we started looking for our first home. We spoke to a variety of different realtors until we were recommended Vaishali by a friend who bought a house with her. We were looking for someone who we will feel comfortable to work with and after talking to Vaishali we felt that she is the one for us. She was highly responsive and professional. We came in from out of state and did not know anything about the area. We have also previously owned 6 other homes and had a long wish list. On top of this, there was little inventory so our search area was at least a 30 mile radius from where I was to work. Debra was very knowledgeable about the area, and always there when we needed her. She is also very knowledgeable about construction and provides good, unbiased, advise. On top of this, she is delightful, and a pleasure to work with.
