Vishali was a wonderful agent!! We found her while looking at listings on Zillow.com. We saw a house we were interested in and used the contact agent option and within 20 mins we received a call from Vaishali. We met with her the very next day at the Weichert office and even saw a few homes that day. She was very easy to work with and as first time homebuyers Vaishali really helped walk us through the whole process. She listened when we told her what we were looking for – both amenity wise, location-wise and price-wise – and she never tried to push us past our budget. Vaishali was always available by phone and email and always fit us into her schedule to look at homes. We were on a tight timeline to find a house as our lease was coming to an end and she really tried to show us as many homes as she possibly could taking this deadline into consideration. Vaishali was always sending us listings and we never felt like we needed to ‘touch base’ with her because we knew she was working to find us a home even when we weren’t around. When the time came to place our offer she new exactly how to negotiate and where to start, and she never lost her patience or her professionalism when other brokers tried to high-ball us or were rude during counter-offerings. Vaishali even had great advice when it came to looking at each home for what it could be but never tried to over-sell a home or make us feel like we should buy a home outside of our price range, or buy a home that needed thousands of dollars worth of work. We would highly recommend using Vaishali in the search for your home!!
