Alyssa doesn't lose (a deal). She doesn't know how to. My sale had obstacles from the beginning and the township inspector delayed my closing by 30 days! Alyssa was beyond persistent dealing with the inspectors and permit approvers and closing agents. I gave up long before she did. And even though it was late (not her fault), it finally closed. Anyone can look like a good realtor when the deal is sunshine and rainbows, but what about when a thunderstorm rolls in? She's an ace! Highly recommend!
