Dorian was fantastic to work with when selling our home. Her knowledge of local market pricing was spot-on. She communicated clearly all along the way and made closing worry-free. With about a dozen showings and snow on the ground most of the time, a deal was signed within 2 months for full price thanks to some good negotiation. The deal closed about 30 days later without a hitch. We recommend Dorian highly!
