Jennean also excelled at communicating with us, keeping us informed of any significant developments. She writes succinctly and clearly, and makes sure she responds promptly. At 4:30 AM one morning, I was awake and heard the chime of something coming into my cell phone, and it was Jennean, sending me a series of emails at 5:30 in the morning Eastern time. 5:30 AM! And in all our dealings with Jennean, she was pleasant and even-keeled. She was always very professional, and took evident pride in the work she did. A lot of Realtors can get you to contract, but Jennean will get you to closing, representing your interests all the way through. We're very glad we chose her.
