I had only been in my condo for 18 months and was having some work done. The contractor I had hired disappeared on me and I was stuck. Vinessa came to my rescue! She came to Assisted Living and went through all the paperwork with me and explained everything to me. Quotes were obtained for the unfinished work and the work was done quickly, beautifully and affordably. Vinessa got a cleaning service and staged the condo for an open house. The open house was on a Sunday and it was so hot that I did not anticipate that she would have many lookers. Well there may not have been many lookers but come Monday I had three offers. Above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe all that Vinessa did fit me, Not being able to get around made things difficulty for me . Vinessa stepped in and handled every “problem” that arose. I have worked with many realtors over my real estate investing career. I can say Vinessa is hands down, bar none the best realtor I have dealt with to date. I met Jennean as a handyman. she refered some work my way several years ago. I did the same. When it was time to sell my house, i called Jennean and told her but not to come over for a while. I knew the house needed alot of work. I did not want to have Jennean over untill most of the work was finished. 2 months later, Jennean came over to give me some guidance. She kept me motivated to sell/ donate/discard furniture and other items to make the house look better . It all sounds like common sense but after 23 years its not easy. I was still working, and my 2 children were not able to help. Four months and a few garage sales later it was finally ready to show. Jennean asked about a price. I did not want to be greedy and told Jennean a fair price. She agreed. In 5 days over the Labor Day weekend, it sold after 5 offers. Buyers were very motivated and submitted a creative offer. Jennean explained it to me, and I accepted. I was nervous going through the inspection, buyers financing and appraisal. Jennean was my rock. I counted on Jennean"s time and experience to assure me everything was ok. Looks like the new owners and the house found each other.

From the first moment we spoke on the phone to being there on our closing date, Jennean has been the most helpful, professional, and accommodating person I've had the pleasure of working with. We are first time homebuyers, and she was so patient answering all of our questions & providing us with sound advice. Aside from being first time homebuyers, we were also buying in an area 2 hours from where we currently lived. She offered Facetime walkthroughs, and showed the house to my parents who lived closer.
