When Vinessa learned of our situation she expressed concern about how we were going about our sale. She immediately made some suggestions and researched some agents that would be aggressive and get the sale done. The changes made were out of the box and within one week of staging we had an offer and contract. We had been in the market for around 3 months before Vinessa stepped in. We needed to buy a house in South Jersey to be near family, and we had to do it quickly and remotely, without leaving our home in Texas. After just one or two phone conversations, we decided to retain Jennean as our agent, and we're glad we did. We spent several weeks scouring the internet for houses in 55+ communities, and finally found one that met our particular needs. After Jennean and our daughter checked it out in person, we put in an offer that was accepted, and you might think that was an easy commission for Jennean. But actually, that's when her real work began. Examples: We suspected that the air conditioner was no longer working and needed replacement, but it was the end of October and usually too cold to run a test. Jennean noticed that there would be one warm day in the 80s and scheduled the home inspection for that date, and the inspector was able to run a test and demonstrate that the AC wasn't working properly, and we ended up with a significant credit against the sale price to compensate for that. Jennean has many contacts - such as lawyers, title companies, and contractors - and she had multiple meetings at the house with contractors to discuss things like new flooring and painting, and we ended up with detailed proposals and quotes covering the work we wanted done. Jennean also excelled at communicating with us, keeping us informed of any significant developments. She writes succinctly and clearly, and makes sure she responds promptly. At 4:30 AM one morning, I was awake and heard the chime of something coming into my cell phone, and it was Jennean, sending me a series of emails at 5:30 in the morning Eastern time. 5:30 AM! And in all our dealings with Jennean, she was pleasant and even-keeled. She was always very professional, and took evident pride in the work she did. A lot of Realtors can get you to contract, but Jennean will get you to closing, representing your interests all the way through. We're very glad we chose her.

I recently sold my home with our agent, Vinessa Milando. As with any business or financial transaction, I was expecting the whole process to not only be grueling and stressful, but drawn out and full of "unexpected surprises". I could not have been more wrong. I don't normally write these types of reviews, but in this case I felt I needed to make an exception and share the absolute pleasant experience I had dealing with Ms. Milando. From the moment I met Ms. Milando, I knew I was dealing not only with a professional, but also with a genuine person who had my interests in the forefront. Never have I encountered a more professional, pleasant and "on-the-ball" realtor. From the initial contact, to the accurate initial pricing, to the staging, through the roller coaster process and to the final closing, every detail was looked after, followed through and taken care of without any stress, concern or doubt on my part. I went through the entire process with a solid confidence in Ms. Milando and she made the entire procedure almost effortless. As you probably know, this is somewhat rare these days, especially in the real estate industry. As I mentioned earlier, I don't normally write these types of reviews, but felt my experience needed to be shared. Any new client will, indeed, be fortunate to have someone as knowledgeable and professional looking after their interests.

Last May I had an accident which lead to my not being able to live alone and I found myself needing to sell my condominium quickly. A neighbor gave me Vinessa Milando’ s contact information and urged me to contact her . I decided to do so and it was the best advice anyone has ever given me. I had only been in my condo for 18 months and was having some work done. The contractor I had hired disappeared on me and I was stuck. Vinessa came to my rescue! She came to Assisted Living and went through all the paperwork with me and explained everything to me. Quotes were obtained for the unfinished work and the work was done quickly, beautifully and affordably. Vinessa got a cleaning service and staged the condo for an open house. The open house was on a Sunday and it was so hot that I did not anticipate that she would have many lookers. Well there may not have been many lookers but come Monday I had three offers. Above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe all that Vinessa did fit me, Not being able to get around made things difficulty for me . Vinessa stepped in and handled every “problem” that arose. I have worked with many realtors over my real estate investing career. I can say Vinessa is hands down, bar none the best realtor I have dealt with to date. I was weary at first, as this is the first time I have worked in this area and I live an hour and a half away from the property. Despite these concerns, I felt at ease after meeting Vinessa one time. From the jump, I realized that Vinessa had a deep understanding of the local market including the comparable sales as well as the condition of those properties. This made my life much easier and gave me the confidence needed to get to the finish line. Along the way, Vinessa went above and beyond by providing countless contacts to local reliable contractors who could help renovate the property while I was not around. Not only did she help move the project along, she also found a buyer within two weeks. Overall, she could not have made it go by any smoother, Vinessa is a extremely genuine person and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I will absolutely be doing more business with her in the future.
