As the previous owner of the property, I had the privilege of working with Jill Dubin for the sale of my property. When I accepted a job in another company, I had to move out of state. As a result, I had to depend on Jill and her realty company to provide oversight of my property in my absence. I want to say, without equivocation, Jill did an exceptional job, including getting renters for the first three years while my property needed to appreciate in value. Including getting the renters and working with Jill long distance, her efforts were tremendous. She kept me informed throughout the entire process letting me know the status, and advising me of any activities needed to get my property ready for sale. She did not miss a beat with what I needed to get accomplished to make this happen as expeditiously as possible. Without a doubt, I would recommend Jill Dubin to anyone who wants to either buy or sell their home. She is relentless in making sure the buyer or seller is aware of what is going on at all times throughout the process...well done!
