We just can’t say enough about Jill Dubin
We just can’t say enough about Jill Dubin. We randomly picked her as we wanted a veteran real estate agent with a lot of experience, especially in this tight market. We truly made the right choice! She really put the “A” in awesome!!! She found us a home almost immediately…YES, IN THIS TIGHT MARKET! She is extremely motivated, hardworking, professional, loyal and a go-getter. Her attention to detail is exceptional and she knows how to present the perfect offer to get you into the home you desire. This is KEY in this market. We didn’t look at many houses at all because Jill knew exactly what listings to send us to not waste any time. She always found an issue with the listings I personally sent her. When we had an offer accepted, we were in our new home in less than 30 days. Annie is an encyclopedia of knowledge!! She answers her phone almost always immediately and if she doesn’t she calls you right back. She has wonderful contacts to help you with anything you may need. I can’t say enough good things about working with Annie. She is 10 out of 10 hands down.

Quite simply the BEST
Words alone cannot express how happy we are that we chose Mary as our realtor! On the buyers’ side, she gave us excellent advice and helped us to avoid some real pitfalls. We are so happy in our new place. On the sellers’ side, she was positively amazing. Mary made a great marketing plan, carried it out effectively, and put us in touch with top-notch professionals. Mary Anne did an amazing job staging, and each of her other contractors came in on-time and on-budget. While we’re at it, we are particularly grateful for Mary’s rejection of our suggestion that we just throw money at the buyers’ repair list. Not only was she right, but she went above and beyond, serving as the general contractor, managing and keeping everything on track. Again, words alone can’t express how happy we are with Mary’s work. The Very Best
From the beginning Mary took charge. As a senior, it was exactly what I needed to tackle an overwhelming project. She has lists of references for almost anything you need to fix up or get a home ready for sale. All of those individuals or companies were top notch and quickly completed their tasks. She also uses a professional photographer which is extremely important. My home could not have been presented to the market place any better than it was. My home sold immediately. With Mary’s guidance from start to closing, I would say she was tops. You will not regret adding Mary to your team. She knows how to get it done.

Only work with the Best!
We knew as a result of Anne's extraordinary career, that she had successfully developed to the highest level, all of the requirements of her profession; such as a deep, broad market knowledge, expertise and all the skills required for success as a Realtor. We discovered these skills and more when she helped us sell our house in the high-end in the worst market in two decades. Anne is an extremely good listener and understood our needs and requests very quickly and almost instantly works to get the issue resolved. My wife and I have sold many houses. This time was by far the most difficult; fortunately we had Anne on our side!
