Cheryl recently listed and sold (July 2020) an investment property in Chestnut Hill for me. Cheryl is an experienced real estate professional. She first listed and sold my home in Gwynedd Valley in 2010. We then spent a year researching and finding this investment TH in Chestnut Hill. She found me a good tenant in 2012. Then over the past 8 years she found me two additional replacement tenants. Cheryl is a hard worker. She knows her markets and gives good advice.
