Alene Dordick helped us buy our first house. She was very organized, including a typed guide for home buyers, useful information for each house we visited, and a notebook of key information about the sale once we purchased the house. Alene was responsive, and had time to show us houses in the evenings (around our work schedule). It is important to have another set of eyes and she has the experience to notice some things we didn’t and gave helpful advice without being intrusive. She understands both buying and selling homes which gives more depth to her experience. We highly recommend Alene for your agent!

Robbie has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I will recommend Robbie to anyone in the market to purchase a home.

I have worked with Christine and her team on the purchase and sell of a previous home in addition to this newest home sell and I have been extremely satisfied with the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by Christine and her team. Christine stays on top of the market so she can guide you in the best way possible. She does not sell pipe dreams but the reality of what you can expect from the selling experience to the negotiations. Christine and her team will fight hard to get you the very best price for your home but she will advise you if your expectations are unrealistic which I can appreciate. However, while she advises you due to her experience, she never pushes you to move in that direction. If I wanted to try another way, she worked hard to use what I wanted in a strategy. I could not be more happy with the results driven by Christine and her team for the last 2 homes I entrusted her to sell for me especially when the market shifted it was harder to sell a home. With her stellar reputation and relationships with a host of relators, she was able to secure the perfect buyer for me and sell my home once again. I highly recommend Christine Worstall and her team as a top rate relator and someone you can trust to put you first when selling your property. I am and will be a life long customer.

As first time homeowners, we were a little hesitant about where to start, Dave was a guiding light! He gave his honest opinion on a house, answered everyone of our 1000000 questions (quickly!), and kept us encouraged in a terrible market. We have a few friends gearing up to start their home buying process and I will be recommending Dave! Thank you Dave for helping us find our first dream home!

Sally listened closely and knew exactly what I was looking for in a home. She was relentless in pursuing the perfect home. She was instrumental in making sure my bid was accepted above all others. Excellent professionalism with attention to detail. A delight to work with for my real estate needs.

Agent assisted with helping get home ready for sale with cleaning service and handyman that were reliable and showed up on time as well as arranged a move out clean and trash pick up at last min as we had a cash buyer with 30day close

I decided to sell my house in March of 2022. My challenge was that I was downsizing due to retirement. My plan was to clean up the house from 20+ years of accumulated stuff and then invite the real estate agents to get proposals. Unfortunately, as fate had planned, I was not able to do that due to a sudden illness of a family member living overseas. So everything had to be accelerated, and most importantly be done without my presence. Everything looked like impossible until I met Christine & Michael team. Very quickly they identified what we needed to do quickly to increase the curb appeal of the house. In my absence they handled everything perfectly. Supervised all activities personally, including feeding my cat and taking her to the vet! My landscaping was upgraded, key parts of the house painted. My house was clean from all junk and ready to be shown in a few weeks. They correctly priced the house and got me an offer over the asking price. They managed the negotiations and contracting process and looked after my interests all the way. If you are looking for a "Team" not just one realtor to sell your house please talk to Christine & Michael from Berkshire Hathaway. You will be very pleased with the results.
