Alene was extremely helpful through the entire process of selling our house. First she went through the contract so we understood what was involved in the sale of our house. She explained the contract in detail and since it had been a while since we had sold a house, she was happy to clarify and give examples so we understood what the contract terms meant. Then she went through the house with us and suggested areas for decluttering and artwork that might distract buyers so we could remove them. Once we were set to show the house, she had an open house for one weekend and the house was sold! Alene has a great sense of humor as well as a wealth of experience and knowledge about real estate. It was a pleasure to have her guide us through the sale of our house.
