Selling our dad's house in Florida, while we were living in CT was quite the job for Betty. Betty was always communicating with all of us (4 of us were selling the house) When paperwork needed to be signed, she had to send it to 4 different emails and wait for responses. Betty took great care of us and always letting us know about the showings and interest in the house. I highly recommend Betty, she is knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind.

Luci did a good job of educating us regarding available homes. Our requirements were a bit unique and Luci isolated only those homes that fit our parameters. She kept us informed, did a great job negotiating the purchase agreement, and professionally handled the closing details.

As a family that was new to Florida but didn't know anyone we were really lucky to work with Michael Bartley. In the search for the perfect home for us we probably viewed about 25 plus houses. They were in multiple counties and one of them was even several hours away. Michael did everything he could to help us, he drove to all these houses, he had information about each one, and intelligently answer all of our questions. We made offers on several houses and unfortunately every one of those deals fell through even though we did everything right. Michael continued to work with us and was always available by phone, email, or text to help us even on the weekends and we were finally able to locate the house that we purchased. The seller of our home was from out of state as was the real estate agent, but Michael did everything that needed to be done in order for the process to be smooth for us. We are incredibly grateful for that. I couldnt ask for a better realtor Tammy knew the market very well She guided me through a number of properties and finally found me this awesome fixer upper with alot of land for the pup to run I found thru her an awesome handy man and we are in the process of making it into a stunning gem I couldnt have down without her drive expertise and mostly made me feel comfortable and my needs and wants were well attended too She put alot of effort into helping me find a place she is number one in my book I would defenitely deal with her again
