Andrew is truly the best. Andrew is the most patient and compassionate realtor I’ve ever worked with. I was relocating from out of state and always made time for me when I sporadically wanted to see homes. He never made me feel pressured or like a burden. Andrew is kind, even checking up with me after I purchased to make sure I was happy in my home. Andrew helped me secure a rental while I was still living in another state by going and FaceTiming me. He truly goes above and beyond. After I was here and ready to purchase, as soon as I called - he was ready to go. I have purchased three homes and worked with multiple realtors in the past and I have never felt as cared for as when I worked with Andrew. I was stressed when it was time to find a place since I had to relocate fast but he connected me with lender options and had houses that were exactly what I was looking for lined up every time I was ready. From the moment you receive your pre approval letter the hunt for a new home begins! The range of emotions during the process goes from the excitement of looking at and settling on a home to the stress that can be associated with the buying process. But having an agent in your corner who not only is knowledgeable of the market in the area you are searching in but who also listens to what your are looking for and takes their time to do the research is something you desire most. With our recent purchase of our new home we had all of those qualities and more in our agent, Jerry Ashcraft! We are out of state purchasing our home and he not only worked with us on searching the market but was willing to show homes to our family for us, do video calls, and answer never ending questions we seemed to have. He went above and beyond what was necessary. When we got to closing he worked with the title company to make my end of closing happen as I as out of state, worked with the builder to make sure everything was completed prior to our final walk through, and made this the easiest closing I have gone through!
