I hired Mary Currie to market my Father's beautiful home in Waterford Pointe because I could just tell she would exert maximum effort. She did not fail! My dad's house is big and complicated and sometimes vacant. Mary took the time to learn about all the systems in the house and kept a watchful eye on things when I was away. She made helpful suggestions as we were preparing the house for market and her pricing recommendation was quite accurate. She was conscientious in preparing for showings and never failed to follow up with a report to me. I felt informed and up-to-date at all times. I would not hesitate to use Mary again for other real estate transactions. I don't think I would find another agent who would work as hard and carefully as Mary does.

She was able to ensure properties we were interested in via an online search did truly meet our needs. She took the time to know what we needed and wanted in a home and help keep us on track in our search. Once we were under contract she kept us updated on the process and made sure we knew what was happening next. We bought a new build and Patti’s experience, expertise and willingness to help were essential to making this process work for us.
