Judging by the results; Yolon is great!
We sold the house within a right time frame in alignment to appraised value, and I don’t think we would have without Yolon’s contacts, so that in and of itself drives 5 stars. Personally, I would have appreciated a little more communication, but otherwise all went well.

My experience with Rosie was very pleasant. Rosie was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. She was very easy to contact, but if I was unable to contact her she got back to me in a timely manner. I am definitely giving Rosie a call for my next purchase.

She asked many questions to the other realtor and clients; that I didn’t know to ask. She is very thorough and making sure we understand the entire way through. If I sold and purchased again, Rosie would be my first call!
