I met Yolan through a third party. I was moving back to New Jersey. We met and I had a great impression of Yolan. She sold my house very quickly. She referred me to a mover who was great. She was at my house when the movers were there packing my belongings. She did this because she is a dedicated person and genuinely cares about her clients. I would definitely recommend her to anyone moving.

Yolon is truly the best. The listing she created described my home and property perfectly and enticed plenty of families to come see. She knew from the start who the perfect match was and within no time, he fell in love with the property and the sale was complete. I was very pleased and impressed with the attention and care Michelle gave in serving as our Realtor for the recent sale of our home. Immediately she went to work marketing the property and arranging for tours and an open house by helping us prepare and stage our home. She even went so far as to lend us a beautiful palm tree that provided the finishing touch the staging plan for our home. Although our house was built over 30 years ago, Michelle helped us with needed repairs so that the house was acceptable to insurance companies, important to a home buyer! Michelle “focused like a laser beam” on helping us sell our home and was absolutely relentless in her pursuit of the right buyer and offer. I recommend her without reservation and am happy to say that she can do the same for other folks that are looking to sell their house or other real estate.
