We were from another state and completely unfamiliar with the area. Ryan took the time to get a list of our preferences and to know a bit about us and our housing needs. He will give you as much advice as you want him to without making it feel like he's trying to make your decision for you. He was willing to spend as much time as needed to help us find the perfect house. We never felt pressured or rushed. After we had found a house, he was always easy to reach and he had answers for us before we had questions. Despite being out of state, we always felt like we were up to date on what was happening. What we thought was going to be a giant headache ended up being a very smooth process thanks to Ryan. He even did virtual walkthroughs when we couldn't be there in person. I couldn't recommend him more.

It was a pleasure to work with Ryan. He has a very low pressure and easygoing manner, and he will show you as many homes as you wish to see. As a first time home buyer, I consulted friends and colleagues who have vast experience with real estate; they frequently warned me about what my agent may say vs. what is in my best interests. There was never a discrepancy: I could always say "that's what my agent said".
