can honestly say were it not for Andrew and his charming wife the chance of us purchasing the La Scala property would have been somewhere between slim and none. They represented the LaScala building with such obvious pride and sincerity we were sold on the project above all the other properties we considered. LaScala represents the finest properties around and Andrew in particular presents it with such verve and honest admiration it would have always been a lingering disappointment had we not bought the condo when we did. we look forward to being a part of the Pelican Landing and Colony community.

We placed our home in their hands for sale, and they produced a wonderful set of sales documents, professional photographs and full background details of our home and its location. Immediately several qualified buyers came for viewings, and a week from the date the home was placed on the market we had an excellent offer which we accepted. The offer was only a small marginal amount less than our full asking price, and the sale closed in 30 days. The documentary part of the transaction was as usual accurate in all details, very clear and carefully explained to us throughout the process, and yet again we experienced a smooth sales process and close. Don represented the buyers who bought our home in Bonita Springs. However, he was helpful to us as the sellers and gave us good advice during negotiations. After a deal was reached, he was totally on top of all the details and the little things that always crop up.
