Fantastic Experience - Everything we would have hoped for ++++
Lisa has been a delight to work with - she is very patient in working with us as we were unsure exactly what type of home we wanted to buy - Lisa was able to key into important life style choices which helped us narrow down the possibilities - Lisa has been very generous with her time as it took approximately 12 months of working together to find the home that best fit our needs - throughout the process Lisa was very supportive and always available to answer our questions on a timely basis - she is very knowledgeable about the market and presents both the pros and cons in a non judgmental way. We will definitely be working with Lisa in the future in the event we sell our current home and buy another property in the area - Lisa is just absolutely fantastic and you would be lucky to have her representing you in the home buying process.

Off the charts!
Lisa gave 100% in all areas, start to finish. My husband and I had moved 11 times in 58 years not counting this last one. We purchased and sold several investment properties as well. I can honestly say Lisa Perry was the best of whom we had ever worked. Lisa sold us our condo five years earlier and now listed it for yet another move when my dear husband passed away. I decided to continue with the sale because it was much more than I could deal with on my own. I was a mess. She worked tirelessly to make it as stress free as possible, answering every question, taking care of every little detail while searching at my request for the perfect home so I could be near my children; which I also purchased through her. There is much more to tell but the final analysis is Lisa Perry is the ultimate professional. She stays on top of the market and keeps you well informed. Lisa doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear but tells you the truth. She stays in constant touch with her clients and calls promptly back whenever you have a question or concern.
