Excellent experience

I moved from IN to FL and had the great pleasure of working with Morgan in my quest to find the perfect new home. She did an amazing job at searching for properties within my criteria and made herself available to me the week I flew down to look at properties. When I found the one I loved and knew there were others bidding on it as well, Morgan and Jennifer stepped up to the plate and worked their magic to get the job done. Late that evening I was under contract. Once under contract I worked closely with Jen, office administrator. She was very organized and kept me on track with everything that needed to be completed and the timeline. Morgan stepped in on my behalf since I was out of state and made sure inspections etc etc were all taken care of. Through the entire process this entire team had my back and made the experience a great one. I cannot imagine going through it with anyone else. I’ve already recommended Morgan to people I know moving to the area. She’s currently working with my daughter to find her first home. This team exhibited professionalism, knowledge of their industry and the current market, great communication, and important to me was their respect and genuine kindness. Morgan made this so much fun. I cannot recommend Team Thayer enough :)
