I heard about Dana from a family member, they had bought a Condo in Florida with the help of Dana and we’re very happy with her services.I gave her a call, and from the get go I knew we were in good hands. We arranged a meeting with her at her office to go find our dream house. We did find a house that was being build. We returned home and for about 5 and a half months we talked to Dana over the phone where she updated us on the progress of the house. We finally closed on our house and Dana was there for us until the end .We not only had the best realtor but we now have a friend in Florida .Strongly recommend Dana …she is professional,knowledgeable and friendly. Dana was always present when I needed her. She treated you as if you were her only client. Always available to show a property if unavailable she would contact another realtor. She had a time schedule for you to follow up to the very end which kept you on schedule. Plus had many resources to help you along the way.

We bought our house from Taran’s clients but she still tried to make sure we were happy with everything as well. Even after we closed I contacted Taran about some of our easement questions and she was able to answer them and provide documentation for me. She’s been wonderful to work with.

There are many realtors in the Florida area but not many have all the qualities one finds in Dana. She was on top of everything from the beginning.
