Everything from deciding what worked best for our family as well as our finances. He helped us find the perfect home and then continued to help in any way possible, as well as find us the people we needed to get the work and the deal done. I had never felt more overwhelmed with the growing number of things that needed to be addressed before we could close on our home. But Chris guided us and went above and beyond to make sure we got our perfect home. He made himself available to see a ridiculous number of homes during our search and was a great communicator throughout. Dana was amazing to work with! Not only is she one of the sweetest people we have had the pleasure to work with but her knowledge of the market and her communication with us was perfect. Dana was so patient with us during our two-year home search process and she took the time to get to know us and really understand what we were looking for. We had been at a standstill for a bit and Dana never pressured us but when a house that she knew we would love would go on the market she would send it to us. Once we were ready it was like we didn't miss a beat and picked the searches right back up until we ended up finding our dream home. She took care of everything for us and then some, even lending an ear and positive thoughts when we were stressed over the mortgage/lending process. Taran was fantatsic. Even though we lived all the way in Ohio and wouldn't be able to have the face to face contact Taran made us feel very welcome and assured that our home would be sold and that we can talk to her at any time. She always kept us updated. She went out of her way to handle things at the house that needed to be handled on a moments notice, and she did this many times when it wasn't convenient. She was very professional at all times and always kept us in the loop. We really appreciate the service we recieved and would highly recommend her.
