I do not often feel compelled to write a review after receiving a service but I do in this case after having recently closed on a beautiful home. Our realtor Dana was simply exceptional. I did not realize it at the time but very early in the process she provoked a lot of dialogue with my wife & I. When we talked she really listened, tuned in to what we were looking for. By the time we sold our home in NJ and came to Florida, Dana was completely in sync with us as evidenced by the homes she alerted us to. She was tireless in her ground work, turned over every stone to find the home we were searching for. At one point we hit a lull in our search criteria and expressed to Dana a little woe is me, we'll never find our dream home and have to settle for a house leaving much to be desired...well, Dana would have none of that. Her optimistic demeanor is infectious, she talked me in off the ledge and pounded the pavement even harder. She got our enthusiasm turned in the right direction, set us up with more showings when suddenly, there it was...we knew as soon as we walked through the door this is a very serious contender. Dana was masterful in negotiating with the sellers realtor. We felt we were able to get the home that checked nearly every box we had identified in our search criteria for a price point we were not confident would be accepted. This is the mark of truly exceptional realtor...Dana had her finger on the pulse of the market, determined how motivated the sellers were, put us in a position to make a strong offer that was ultimately accepted. Dana also developed a nice working relationship with her realtor counterpart making the entire closing process a breeze with the sellers. Everything was handled in a timely manner, with courtesy and of course professionalism. In closing...Dana loves what she does and gets our highest recommendation. Besides all the well deserved accolades mentioned, she is a fun person to be around making the entire process a delight!

It’s been very difficult to find a house from TX but when we arrived in FL it was a last minute plan so Gilit couldn’t be with us for the long weekend. However she gave us an agent we really liked. Then when we were able to meet up with Gilit before we left she just took over and we knew she’d take care of things for us.
