Ashley found a home that checked all the boxes, guided us with our offer, and arranged for our preapproval all within a few hours. We were able to complete the purchase all from our home state with little to no problems. Her knowledge of the area, inventory, and industry connections were instrumental in our home purchase. She even surprised us with a nice bottle of wine and a dinner gift card at the final walkthrough. A completely unnecessary gesture that confirms her commitment to customer service. When we arrived in Tampa to scout the area for my forever home, we had no idea of where to start. My new employer offered no assistance with Relocation, as well as a lead for housing support. Our hotel sales manager put us in contact with a personal friend who worked in real estate and she in turn lead us to Taran New. What a joy to have her help us out. She took the time to listen then got right to work on potential homes. She spent two days touring us around the area and well as getting us in to see perspective buys. We loved working with Jessica in finding our beach home, and selling our South Tampa home!
