Ryan Thompson is the best! I am still blown away by the entire experience! From start to finish, he was always there with the ANSWERS. In fact, he’s still there! Texting asking how the move went, sending us a gift card after closing, etc. Even when some unforeseen things happened and all seemed hopeless, there Ryan was with more options! We told him what we were comfortable with at the get go, and he never once tried to pressure us into something we weren’t comfortable with... he simply just came up with more ideas, culminating in us landing our first dream home. Not only do I consider Ryan an invaluable realtor, I now consider him a good friend! Top notch!

When we decided to buy a house, all we really knew was what we had read on the internet. We knew we needed a preapproval and a real estate agent. That's when we decided to ask Ryan to be our realtor! He accepted, and we sent him our preapproval letter, then it was off to the races! Ryan was so knowledgeable, and had every single answer for the entire process of purchasing a home. A few weeks later we had some houses we wanted to view... so, we sent them over to Ryan and we picked a date to view them! The DAY OF the scheduled viewings, a new listing popped up on Zillow, and we immediately contacted Ryan and he was able to get us in that same evening! Well, that ended up being our dream home, and it's the very home we ended up choosing! We put in an offer the day after viewing and over the course of a couple days we ended up in a bidding war with several other buyers!! Apparently; he writes a superb offer, because a few days later, they accepted! Making things happen... "small victories" we would call them. Throughout the process, there were the inevitable hiccups... Even when it got tough, he was always there with an idea or a way forward... we closed on our home 46 days after we viewed it. He really made our dreams come true with his willingness to fight for us and our dream home. We would recommend him to anyone and will def work with him again!

The Broker was one of two agency that was offered by the relocation company Plus relocation. After evaluating both companies,we chose Berkshire Hathaway since we felt more comfortable with Ryan Thompson Ryan was very professional in his approach and made us extremely happy with his ability to negotiate with sellers Ryan was very thorough in giving us all the details on the all the properties we visited. He couldn't have been more helpful in that department I would recommend the agency to anyone who is moving to the state of Florida for the first time like we were.

Ryan is the absolute best realtor in Pinellas County and possibly in the world. When we first met with Ryan, he sat down with us and explained the entire process from beginning to end. Being first time buyers, we were very new to the whole process, but Ryan made us feel very comfortable and excited. Shortly after that we selected a house and Ryan got right to work. We had an offer in the next morning and were under contract the next day. Ryan used his expert negotiating skills and landed us right within our budget on a house that was listed outside of it. From that point on, Ryan was in constant contact with us and answered every one of our endless questions. He won’t leave you hanging on anything! If we ever did run into any issues (very seldom) he worked around the clock and really went above and beyond to find solutions. We ended up closing within 30 days of putting in the offer! Everything went very smoothly for us. He made the whole process seem easy because he was working so hard. We felt very confident and stress-free knowing that Ryan had our backs. We were so fortunate to find Ryan, he is a gem! Hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with! Ryan put in so much time and effort helping us sell our home--from doing excellent marketing to drive A LOT of traffic thru our house...to hitting the nail on the head during negotiations to get us everything we wanted!
