We were moving as part as a business relocation. Therefor we had the choice between pre-selected agents. We want with Christian and Jon as they showed the most genuine interest in our house, and seemed to be experienced. We have followed all of their recommendation ( staging, staycation for ease of viewing, pricing, and availability for request showing) They were great at first, and did a great job at marketing the house and generating interest. Then we made the mistake to accept the offer of their friends that they were also representing, rather than the other offer that were presented to us. They were transparent about it and we thought, and asked them if it will help making the process smoother. Starting at that point they were THEIR agents, and used everything we had told them against us. When i shared my feeling, and said they were not being communicative ( when i am told i will get an answer tomorrow, and the day after at 9pm i am asking for an update: it is not being communicative), i was scolded and given a lesson on communication Then they lied to us and scheduled an "inspection" and that person gave a quote for a repair ( no report as expected for an inspection), which is prohibited by the 2022 Florida Statutes (including 2022 Special Session A and 2023 Special Session B) 468.8319. Same never got a straight answer when i asked for a clarification As i said our move is for a corporate relocation, so time was critical for us. So we went along for the ride and got the house sold. However will definitely do it differently if we had to do it again
