By chance, we met Christian during one of his client’s open house. He is so personable, we immediately hit it off. He showed us his client’s condo unit, and then went above and beyond to make sure we could see other available units at the complex while we were there. Christian was responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the process. Moving from CT to FL in a panic, completely blind and highly prejudiced to a male real estate agent....Christian came recommended through a friend of a friend and utterly reset my expectations of the property buying process. I gave him 11 properties I wanted to see, with a range of prices and locale he set up a 2 day viewing schedule based grouped by geography, we had 2 shortlisted after the first day and then number 10 of 11 was the one. We had an offer structured before I left FL and closed in a month. Once under offer I was handed off to his partner Jon who helped me through the paperwork and all of the utility setup etc. It couldn't have been any smoother or less stressful a process. These guys are super professional and a joy to work with.
