Bill was exceptional to work with during the sale of our home. It’s was a tough market and deciding to sell after two major hurricanes made it even more challenging. Bill took this challenge and rose to the occasion. He marketed our house with professional materials, personally hosted several open houses and sold the property himself. Kathy is superb in all ways - excellent knowledge of the market, market history, and issues from our 1st meeting to the last conversation. She is professional & personable, gladly answering every question. She analyzed new situations & issues very quickly & concisely. At our 1st meeting she interviewed us & presented nearby listings with photos, history of the market in the area. She covered everything. Then she suggested my daughter & I have a conversation in another room to discuss things. (She was the 2nd agent we spoke to). My daughter closed the door & we both said, "I want her!"
