I dealt with a handful of realtors before Mikayla. They’d get the job done but she was very passionate on helping find what my fiancé and myself were looking for. We were also first time home buyers so as we put an offer in she was very transparent for negotiations and what was to come. We never heard her try talking us into taking the counter offer (above budget) like I’ve dealt with before. She explained there are houses everywhere for sale if it’s out of budget we’ll just move happily on to the next one to find something we could afford. Nothing came as a surprise except she didn’t say she had “the number one lender around” she gave us a list of options she has worked personally with and recommended but to choose from which ended up us getting a interest rate lower than the nations avg! Highly recommend
