If I could rate Mr. Roman Mychajliw 6 stars, I would. Because I needed a quick sale and I didn’t have time to “stage” my house, I was willing to take a (much reduced) cash sale. Roman persuaded me to list my house — and to do so right away — saving me the time and money it would have taken to “stage” it. My house was under contract in 12 days, and I settled two weeks later. Roman was available and involved throughout the process — holding an open house, creating a great internet presence, and reaching out to others who might have been interested in the property. From listing to settlement it took less than 30 days, and it could not have gone smoother. Everything was taken care of and there were no last minute surprises or glitches. In addition, I netted $30k more than I anticipated. I highly recommend Roman as a knowledgeable, experienced and, most importantly, an innovative Realtor who gets things done, and done well.
