We recently worked with JoEllen to sell our family home. Her knowledge and experience in the market were invaluable. Her recommendations on pricing, staging, and marketing were spot-on. We received an offer the first day on the market at full ask!!! JoEllen's follow-up and communication throughout the process was excellent. When a few issues were noted in the home inspection, JoEllen offered to contact the contractors, gather estimates, and make arrangements for repairs to compete the sale. In my opinion this was above and beyond service that exceeded all my expectations.

I needed to sell my Mother's house and was lucky to come into contact with JoEllen. Due to her marketing savvy and selling skills, the house sold after only one day on the market. Despite that impressive accomplishment, JoEllen was most helpful between the contract date and the closing when a couple of issues arose and JoEllen stepped in to resolve those problems going above and beyond what I would have expected from a Realtor. Overall I could not be happier with the service I and my family received from JoEllen Catlow and therefore I give her my strong recommendation.
