I needed to sell my Mother's house and was lucky to come into contact with JoEllen. Due to her marketing savvy and selling skills, the house sold after only one day on the market. Despite that impressive accomplishment, JoEllen was most helpful between the contract date and the closing when a couple of issues arose and JoEllen stepped in to resolve those problems going above and beyond what I would have expected from a Realtor.
