Seth was great throughout the process. He was extremely helpful in the search process, and he was able to show us candidates not only in our original search criteria but to suggest other possibilities due to his knowledge of the market. He kept communications open and frequent; his personal touch made us feel that we were his only clients (even though we know he had a lot of other ongoing clients). Once we had made our selection, his help with the offer, closing process, and contacts (attorneys, insurance, financing) was greatly appreciated and made the process easier. We were very happy with the service provided by Seth, would strongly recommend him to others, and would use him again if the occasion arose.
