Also he is excellent explaining concepts that many times are complicated for buyers with little or non experience buying homes. We started out in 7/2022. Shannon and her team listed the house on all MLS listings and social media. We had an open house but nothing seemed to work as the market changed. People came but there were no real takers. She and her team continued with all marketing strategies but still no solid offers were presented. We decided to take the house off the market at the end of the year and try again in the spring. Well as fate would have it, the last day of the listing a buyer presented an offer.
