Townhouse
•On a whim I decided we needed to sell our townhome. My husband who was completely blindsided by my whimsy said "Show me the data first". So, I went online and found out who sold the other unit in our complex. I am so thankful it was Kate. I reached out and she got back to me the same day. We chatted and she jumped into action. By the next morning I had the report I needed to show the husband what I was up to...he looked at the report and said "lets do it." Kate helped us get our place ready to sell ASAP as the market was starting to shift. I believe we had it on the market within 7 days of contact. We we went into contract 5 days later and then we used Kate again to find our new place. She was awesome to work with and didn't mind going to every house we found, even though some were just...wow. She helped us get into contract on our new place and we have been happy here ever since. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. We were able to trust her judgment without hesitation which makes the stress level so much lower. Without her I would still be climbing 5 flights of stairs every day. Thanks Kate!
