We purchased a home with only a virtual walk through, putting all our trust in the team. Upon our final walk through, there were no surprises, everything we saw was mentioned by Chris during the virtual tours. Kristjan was absolutely amazing! My partner and I were buying our first home and had many questions all of which Kristjan answered thoroughly, quickly and kindly. To make it even more complicated, we were buying our home from another state and never actually saw it in person. Kristjan graciously worked with my parents to view the home and answered their questions also. Even after moving in we had some issues with our hot water heater and Kristjan went above and beyond to help us through that as well even though he had already done his part. Chris is very professional and friendly. This is the first time I purchase a house and know nothing about house (different types of house) and what are the steps involved. Basically Chris guided me along the way and told me what to do. He is very responsive and efficient! He will work with your schedule (I work everyday and we meet after work). Chris is always proactive and checked multiple places with me until I found the one I like. He is very detailed and will offer useful tips and advice. Most importantly, he never gets tired of answering my questions since I have a lot of questions as a first time homeowner from the house to the finance side of it. Again, great service!
