Stacey was referred to us by our Realtor friend in another area. after a few email exchanges and a phone conversation we felt the vibe was good. Stacey had to work hard to find us homes that checked our boxes. She had just the right amount of pressure on the throttle to not be overbearing yet still close enough for us to know she was along side of us the whole way. We looked @ well over a dozen properties some better than others and ultimately the last one that we closed on. Stacey was never late, her and or her and Millicent (her business partner and Mom) were on sight b4 we arrived and had a knowledgeable review of the area. We can’t say enough about our experience with Joe. We came down for a week from Chicago to begin a search for a rental home/second home. As soon as we were introduced to Joe, he launched a plan for us. In a low inventory market, he still lined up over a dozen viable options for us - all of which were right on the bullseye of what we were looking for. And he brought in-depth analysis for each property, with comps and $/sq. ft. data. Which made it very easy for us to quickly hone in on the best options. After our week was up, Joe kept looking.
