My wife and I have worked with Harold on the purchase of 3 homes and the selling of 2 homes over the last 15 years. His knowledge of the area(s) and process is 2nd to none. Harold is a pleasant person to work with, very flexible with scheduling and will speak honestly about the state of the property you are either looking to buy or trying to sell. He and Kim are an extremely well-rounded team that make the process a lot less stressful than it could be. I never felt like Harold had anything buy my family's best interest at heart and he conducts his business accordingly. If you are looking for a straight shooter that will guide you through the process - Harold is your guy.
