He knows the area of Prescott and Northern AZ. He's competent, communicative, and takes care of all of the details. No question is a dumb question! Parker was a very good agent for the sell of our home and I would gladly recommend him to others in need of an agent. There were some frustrations at the start of the process which are attributed to another agent that was working with Parker. Once she stepped out of the picture and allowed Parker to do his job, he was able to quell our concerns and navigate us through the whole process.
