What can I say, he is great! I have purchased 3 homes from him and sold 1. Joe was there every step of the way explaining each aspect of the purchase and of the sale. He is a down to earth easy to get along with person. Not pushy, listens to your likes and dis-likes, trying to find that perfect home for you and does not bombard you with listings that are not your requirements. As far as a selling agent, he was well prepared with home prices that were compairable to my home, and helped with the staging of the furniture to make it more marketable.

Janel was fantastic, she dealt with the city and their absolute insane hurdles they threw at us, she managed thru buyers backing out, she negotiated a fair deal based on our circumstances. She answered all my questions, returned my messages promptly, she was pleasant and fantastic to work with! She was very understanding about my mom’s situation and letting me help facilitate the sale as well.
