•Sue helped me find my dream home that ticked every box! She is knowledgable and detail oriented, helping to point out anything of concern in the homes we toured, as well as extremely prepared and realistic about real estate value, comps, etc. She is flexible and communicative when new homes go live, as well as comes with a plan to optimize our time together! As a young home buyer, I appreciated her fast pace communication, intentionality and action, as well as her patience in walking me through the process. Her recommendations for financing, inspection, etc. were also invaluable and made the buying process so much easier. In addition to her professionalism, she also made the buying process (which is notoriously frustrating and long) interesting and fun. I would love to work with Sue many times over, but hopefully I'm not going anywhere anytime soon :) So, anyone looking for a realtor, I'd suggest you reach out!
