We have bought and sold MANY houses over the past several decades, and Michael is far and away the most diligent, knowledgeable and tenacious agent we've ever worked with. His attention to detail and the "let's see how we can get it done" attitude is what sets him apart from the rest. His local knowledge of everyone you would need for your home (contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc) is extensive and reliable. We wouldn't work with anyone else.

Windy Panyanouvong is a beyond incredible agent. We just closed on our first home! She is very responsive and will answer calls or texts immediately. (She’s still answering random questions I have...and we closed the beginning of this month!). When you work with Windy, you are getting more than just an agent. She has an extensive list of contacts including mortgage lenders, general contractors, lawyers, etc. There is so much that goes into buying a home and being able to get trusted referrals for other services really streamlined the process and reduced our stress and anxiety. She is so knowledgeable in all areas real-estate because she has first hand experience as both a home buyer and seller. I also appreciate that she really aims to guide buyers toward making a smart investment. For most home buyers you’re not just buying a place to live you’re making an investment. She assessed our financial goals and life style and then lead us toward making the right decision including helping us devise a long term plan for when or if we eventually sell. This helped us avoid making a decision that seemed good in the short term but would not have served our long term goals. Chris' knowledge of what we wanted in a condominium and his knowledge of the local market brought us to literally buy the house of our dreams. His personality and humor made us at ease during a very stressful time. We felt we were dealing with a friend which allowed us to never be hesitant to call or text him when we had even the smallest of concerns. He always responded in a timely manner. He even went out of his way to let us into the house so we could take some measurements and plan for our move in. Even now, a month after closing, we sometimes text him to just keep in touch during this pandemic. Speaking of the covid crisis - this sale took place during the start of social distancing and that made it harder for everyone, lawyers included - Chris always kept us calm through that trying time and was always positive. So... knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, positive - we couldn't have asked for a better agent or experience and you are very lucky to have him on your team.
