Laurie is remarkable. She brings so much skill and knowledge to the table. We could not navigate this process without her. Her advice was always spot on, and I know she was the reason our home sold as quickly as it did. We had some challenges and she was able to provide advice and talk us off the ledge more than once. I know she has a lot of clients she is supporting and a lot of homes she’s selling, but she always makes us feel like we are her only client. That is a gift that not all agents have. You feel like you are her exclusive client. She has real insight into the local market, so she clearly does her homework, and she seems to know off hand what homes will sell for and where the price points should be. Laurie was able to help us sell our non-traditional home quickly in a challenging market for sellers. Her home improvement and decorating tips were critical for preparing the house to go on the market. She was honest and forthcoming on possible price points with us. This clear, direct communication was helpful for us in securing a buyer and allowing us to close all within a couple months. All other houses in our price range in the area that were on the market when we entered were still on the market when we sold and missed out on the peak season or had voluntarily removed their listing hoping for better luck at a later date. Laurie was able to learn & understand our preferences to help narrow our search enabling us to move in a limited time period. Few other agents would be able to match the high sense of urgency she placed on our move, which allowed us to buy & sell all in one summer in between school years with still a vacation in between.
