My initial conversation with Laurie was unrelated to buying or selling a home, but by the end of our phone call I did express a future interest in listing my home when “the time was right”. Although this interest was shared, at no time thereafter did Laurie make repeated calls to me or pressure me to list my home on a timeline other than my own. Not only a pleasant surprise, given the high pressure world we live in, but a direct result of Laurie’s confidence in her abilities and the high level of professionalism she possesses. I highly recommend Laurie when selling a house. She understands the market and how to maximize the selling price. Laurie pays attention to the sellers needs and stresses they are going through selling a house and negotiating with the buyers and especially the buyer's agent.
