While all of that listed above is important, it was not the reason we chose Kelly. She was our buying agent for the house and through the three years we were in Abilene we stayed in touch whether I was giving someone a recommendation or through a military event. She truly is great at her job and her knowledge and connections throughout the city are very helpful when buying or selling. I truly hope that people have the same experience we have had with this office and with Kelly personally.

Shelly is absolutely the BEST around! She really went above and beyond throughout the process. We did everything while still out of state waiting to pcs to Texas and, if it wasn’t for Shelly, we would have never went through anything! She even prepared the paperwork for an offer while she was camping on her days off with barely any internet connection !! She’s knowledgeable , patient, HONEST, and always have an answer to your questions... even the most crazy ones! And best thing is that she leaves just around the corner from us! Being military, we have worked with realtors in many states to both buy and sell our homes. Camie is now the high standard that we’ll judge all other realtors from here on out! She was proactive and took the lead on every thing we did, from listing and photographing our home to helping us close once the house sold. Because we were out of state, we relied on her knowledge and experience and she never once let us down. Her suggestions were always on point and her recommendations were top notch. Shelly for us was a God-send! We are a military family coming in from another state, which is always scary due to the lack of knowledge of area. After speaking with several agents we found Shelly. Right off the bat she showed us how honest, polite and responsive she was. Speaking via messages she immediately started searching for our dream home, offered to do video tours and steered us to the areas we would be most comfortable. As soon as we arrived to Abilene she met with us and came up with a game plan. Not only was she organized but she really listened to our wants and needs and didn't try and push anything on us (I was very picky). She even postponed a family trip to show us more houses when we could'nt find the right one. Throughout the entire process she was amazing. If you are looking for a military friendly, honest and just great realtor she is it!!

Shelly Brooks always went above and beyond. Shelly is Exceptional PLUS for Knowledgeable and Professional. We wanted someone who understood our financial need to sell before buying, and would accordingly promote the sale of our house while simultaneously exposing us to potential properties in the very specific neighborhood we wanted (that is also high demand, where houses sold very quickly!) in order to get us into our next home in a tight timeframe (sell to buy)! Whew! that was asking A LOT, and Shelly, and all the team she recommended (anyone from the Title co. to the chimney sweep!) came through in a big way!
