Charlotte Vogt helped our family sell a family house after the passing of our Aunt. We had owned the house for almost 100 years, which causes numerous title and other challenges. Additionally, no family member was within several hundred miles of the house in Yonkers NY. Charlotte went above and beyond what one would expect, helping us figure out title information, working with the renter in our multi-family house, and providing great advise on who to use to help us clean out the house. Ilene worked with my husband and I for over a year to help us buy a house in Westchester. In the beginning we weren't fully committed to leaving our apartment in Manhattan, we just wanted to get an idea of 'what was out there'. Ilene was the perfect combination of patient and helpful - she gave us a ton of information about the areas we liked and introduced us to new areas, she set up our search on her system which emailed us regularly with updates, and best of all she made herself available every time we called and wanted to go around looking. Once we knew we definitely wanted to move she worked hard to find us just what we wanted and helped us negotiate all the details from making our offer to closing. Not only is Ilene fantastic at what she does, but we had a great time whenever we were with her! It was a real pleasure working with Charlotte. She was professional in every aspect of helping us prepare our home for sale and throughout the sales process.
