Charlotte Vogt helped our family sell a family house after the passing of our Aunt. We had owned the house for almost 100 years, which causes numerous title and other challenges. Additionally, no family member was within several hundred miles of the house in Yonkers NY. Charlotte went above and beyond what one would expect, helping us figure out title information, working with the renter in our multi-family house, and providing great advise on who to use to help us clean out the house.
