Debra was such a joy to work with on the sale of my house. With me living out of town Debra helped coordinate vendors to fix up problem areas to get the house in selling condition. When items were uncovered during inspection Debra jumped right on it, getting qualified vendors to get things fixed allowing for the selling process to continue. With it being multiple years since my last house sale, Debra walked me through the the whole process providing very professional guidance and advice all along the way. Would always follow up on emails in short order and would answer my calls every time I reached out to her. I could not have asked for a better agent.
