Jamie is outstanding!! She went above and beyond for us as we were relocating from Illinois to Raleigh to be closer to our grandchildren. I could not ask for a better realtor. Jamie was extremely helpful in narrowing down our search as we were not in town to look at many properties first hand. We trusted Jamie so much that we bought our place without even seeing it in person! Jamie was extremely thorough, energetic and professional. Working with Jamie was an all around a great experience and we would give our 100% recommendation to anyone who needs a fantastic realtor in the Triangle!

Jamie was our real estate agent for both the sale of our home in June 2015 and the purchase of our new home, also in June 2015. Both homes were in the Budleigh subdivision. Jamie did a fabulous job from beginning to end for both homes, with activities happening at the same time and a same day closing. She helped us find our dream home and after we did, we were under contract to sale our home within a week. Jamie is very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and was very responsive to all of our needs. We had a few challenges occur that were out of Jamie's control and when they presented, she assessed the issue fully, proposed a solution and spoke with us in detail to make sure we had all of the information and came to a solution that worked for us. I highly recommend Jamie to help you find that perfect home or sell yours with confidence.

Jamie was such a pleasure to work with during my recent home buying experience. She was ready at a moment's notice to show me properties as well as offer her expert guidance. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market and very forthcoming in offering her feedback, which was greatly appreciated. I had an aggressive closing date of THREE weeks, which she facilitated by ensuring I was in touch with the appropriate professionals and that action items were being completed according to schedule. Her professionalism and enthusiasm for her job are apparent the moment you meet Jamie and I would highly recommend her to anyone going through the home buying process.

Jamie was extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout the home buying process. She demonstrated excellent professionalism while also letting her wonderful personality shine! She really got to know my family and our lifestyle in order to find us the perfect home, without being too overbearing. Not only did she help us find the perfect home, she helped me throughout the entire loan process during all the twists and turns that come with a mortgage. I would highly recommend her, she is an amazing realtor and a great person!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with John in purchasing my home. John is masterful at research and regularly provided effective insights throughout the process. His work experience in the technology field as a lead negotiator is an absolute asset in real estate transactions and his skills are evident. Additionally, his single greatest attribute is his integrity - he is a consummate professional.
